  • How much does it costs?
    Rate for all pool parties is $40/hour/guard + $50 non-refundable administration fee. Parties with 50 guests or less are required to have 2 lifeguards present at all time. Additional lifeguard(s) will be added for every 25 additional guests. Guests include swimmers and non-swimmers, anyone who is inside of the gates, counts!
  • When can I have my party?
    Private parties are only allowed during non-operating hours.
  • What is my first step?
    Your first step is to fill out a pool party inquiry through our website. A Swim Houston's representative will contact you within 48 hours.
  • How long does it take to reserve my party?
    Approval and confirmed reservation can take anytime between 5 - 7 business days. We encourage everyone to send in an inquiry at least 2 weeks before your event date.
  • How do I pay?
    You can visit our Swim Houston's Store to pay the $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time. The rest of the payment will be due on the day of party. We accept ONLY cash or check. * No additional payment will be required if events is cancelled an hour before booked time. * *Event cancelled after the starting time will be subject to full payment.*
  • What is the process?
    Send in an inquiry. A Swim Houston's representative will contact you to confirm information. Swim Houston will send your information to your property manager for approval. Upon approval, the representative will contact you to set up your event. You will receive a confirmation email and pool party contract. Event date and time will only be reserved once we receive the non-refundable administration fee and a signed contract. Remaining payment will be received the day of the party in either cash or check only.
  • How many guests can I have?
    Each community pools have a maximum number of occupancy and will serve as the maximum number of guests allowed at each event.

Here at Swim Houston we offer guarded events for residents at our managed neighborhood pools for a reduced rate.

After submitting inquiry, you will be contacted within 48 hours by a Swim Houston representative.

All requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance of event date. Swim Houston can deny approval if request is sent in within the 2 weeks timeframe. 
 
**Parties are subject to approvals through the HOA.
**Person filling out the inquiry, must be the home owner for quick
approvals.
